Shipping
We do our best to ship all orders out as quickly as possible. All blankets are handmade by mom themselves, so not every blanket is completely identical. If we have it in stock, we will ship out immediately. If not in stock, it could take up to 2 weeks to get your order out. If you need something sooner, please don't hesitate to ask, we will try our best to fulfill your wishes. Allow 4 weeks for crib bedding to be shipped. We take great care in each and every order no matter how big or small.   All orders are shipped via Priority Mail with the United States Post Office. Average shipping time is 2-5 business days.  Express shipping (1-2 days) is available for an additional fee. Gift wrap is available for $5.00 per box.  We are happy to include a gift card, please use the comments section for the card greeting.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we do. After you place your order, we will email you with additional international shipping fees.

How do I check the status of my order?

How do I cancel my order after it has been placed?
To cancel an order, simply send us an email ( londonrhay@hotmail.com ) or give us a call at 916-870-2491 between 9:00-5:00 PST and explain the situation.

Do you take custom orders?
We sure do. Any custom orders you would like done, please contact 916-870-2491 or email us under the contact page. We will let you know the expected arrival, and any additional pricing that may apply. We love the inquiries.

Return/Exchange Policy
Here at Waffles and IceCream we expect you to love the cute things you buy. If there is a problem with your purchase, we will do everything to correct the situation and ensure that you are 100% satisfied. If you are not satisfied with your purchases, you may return them for a refund or exchange . Items may be returned in original resale able condition only- Must be in unwashed condition.

Exchanges are easy. Mail your item back to the address on the invoice. Write a quick note to let us know what you would like to exchange your item for (size, color, and so on).  We will cover the shipping cost to send the new item to you.

Returns- Must be post-marked within 14 days of the date the order was shipped.  Shipping and handling are non-refundable.  Please include a copy of your invoice with your return, so we can be sure to credit you appropriately. Custom items are final sale items and may not be returned with the exception of product defect or design error. If you have any concerns about our products, don't hesitate to contact us. We are here to help you make the best selection for your child or gift.   

Washing instructions
Quality is important to us and so is being able to wash our cute items we purchase. Everything has been tested by mom's themselves and washing these adorable items is easy. Wash separately with cold water on the gentlest cycle and lay flat to dry. Don't throw in dryer, as the fluffiness will wear down and shrinkage will occur. Teddy bears are also washable, again at the gentlest cycle and no dryer. And never try to iron your beautiful blanket.

Is your website secure?
Credit cards are processed on a secure server. Your credit card information will not be shared with a third party.

Privacy Policy
We value your privacy at Waffles and IceCream. We do not share any information you provide to us to any parties (public or private). Any other information that you submit to us is used to process your order and to complete any customer service issues (returns, exchanges, etc.).
